About Rory Darkins

Rory is a co-founder of IN8, a personalised wellbeing app, and is currently completing a PhD in psychology (the relationships between breathing, well-being and performance). His research and coaching background revolves around peak performance and wellbeing. In 2015/16 he completed his Psychology honours research in which he interviewed some of the most legendary Australian Cricket leaders to gain insight into maintaining wellbeing in elite sport. This research was subsequently presented at the Canadian, Australian and World Congress on Positive Psychology. Since 2018 Rory has teamed up with Olympian, Eloise Wellings, to deliver keynote talks and workshops on resilience, mindset and high performance to corporate audiences and high schools. Rory is a current mental skills coach to Olympic and professional athletes.
